Bài nghiên cứu nhằm mục tiêu làm rõ ảnh hưởng của năng lực số và lãnh đạo số đến năng lực đổi mới sáng tạo của doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ (Small and Medium Enterprises – SMEs) tại Việt Nam. Đề trả lời cho câu hỏi nghiên cứu năng lực số và lãnh đạo số có ảnh hưởng như thế nào đến năng lực đổi mới sáng tạo của doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ tại Việt Nam, bài nghiên cứu áp dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng thông qua mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling – PLS-SEM) để phân tích 271 câu trả lời khảo sát. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy năng lực số và lãnh đạo số đều có tác động tích cực tới năng lực đổi mới sáng tạo của các doanh nghiệp SMEs. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu trên, tác giả đề xuất những gợi ý cho các doanh nghiệp SMEs nhằm phát triển năng lực số, lãnh đạo số và kết quả là phát triển năng lực đổi mới sáng tạo.
