Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này làm rõ cơ chế chuyển hóa từ nhận thức lợi ích (kinh tế, xã hội, môi trường) đến hành vi du lịch tái tạo của du khách quốc tế tại Khánh Hòa, đồng thời kiểm định vai trò điều tiết của nhận thức về giải pháp dựa vào thiên nhiên, tính xác thực cảm nhận tự nhiên và sự quan tâm đến môi trường trong mối quan hệ thái độ - hành vi. Trên cơ sở tích hợp lý thuyết Giá trị - Niềm tin - Chuẩn mực (VBN), lý thuyết Hành vi có kế hoạch (TPB) và mô hình lý thuyết Giá trị - Thái độ - Hành vi (VAB), nghiên cứu xây dựng và kiểm định mô hình lý thuyết bằng phương pháp PLS-SEM nhằm đánh giá mô hình đo lường và kiểm định giả thuyết. Kết quả cho thấy ba khía cạnh nhận thức lợi ích đều tác động tích cực đến thái độ, trong đó, lợi ích kinh tế mạnh nhất; thái độ giữ vai trò trung gian, các biến điều tiết đều gia tăng tác động tích cực của thái độ lên hành vi. Các phát hiện cung cấp bằng chứng thực nghiệm và hàm ý quản trị cho hoạch định chính sách phát triển du lịch tái tạo tại điểm đến
