Giải pháp Business Intelligence trên nền tảng Cloud: nghiên cứu trên tập dữ liệu tài chính

Tóm tắt

Các báo cáo tài chính là “xương sống” và có tầm ảnh hưởng vô cùng lớn đến việc ra quyết định và quản trị doanh nghiệp. Các hệ thống thông tin thường chỉ có nhiệm vụ lưu trữ mà thiếu đi các hệ thống báo cáo, hỗ trợ phân tích. Từ đó, hệ thống BI (Business Intelligence) trở nên cần thiết. Tuy nhiên, khi lượng dữ liệu ngày càng lớn, áp lực đặt lên các hệ thống lưu trữ, xử lý trong giải pháp BI truyền thống. Cloud BI (BI trên nền tảng điện toán) ra đời, giải quyết vấn đề về dung lượng lưu trữ, tốc độ xử lý, tính mở rộng và hiệu quả về mặt kinh tế. Trong bài báo này, một giải pháp BI trên nền tảng Cloud được nghiên cứu với các mục tiêu: 1) nguồn dữ liệu đầu vào được tiếp cận qua cổng API với phương pháp ETL (Extract - Transform - Load) cải tiến; 2) thiết kế hệ thống các Dashboard (bảng điều khiển kỹ thuật số) trên cơ sở dữ liệu tài chính được tích hợp; 3) ứng dụng kết quả nghiên cứu từ giải pháp Cloud BI vào doanh nghiệp để giải quyết những vấn đề khó khăn trong việc truy xuất, khai thác và tổng hợp dữ liệu tài chính để hỗ trợ ra quyết định hay nói khác đi là ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu (data-driven decision) trong lĩnh vực báo cáo tài chính được kịp thời và hiệu quả hơn.
