Vai trò trung gian của động lực nội sinh và ngoại sinh trong mối quan hệ giữa yêu cầu công việc thách thức và hiệu quả công việc: Trường hợp nhân viên thị trường bất động sản Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu này khám phá mối quan hệ giữa yêu cầu công việc thách thức và hiệu quả công việc. Mối quan hệ này còn được xem xét qua vai trò trung gian của động lực nội sinh và ngoại sinh. Kết quả phân tích từ 215 nhân viên kinh doanh bất động sản cho thấy yêu cầu công việc thách thức quan hệ cùng chiều với động lực nội sinh và ngoại sinh, cả hai động lực này đều có mối quan hệ cùng chiều với hiệu quả công việc. Tuy nhiên, yêu cầu công việc thách thức không có mối quan hệ với hiệu quả công việc. Kết quả nghiên cứu cũng chỉ rõ động lực nội sinh và ngoại sinh là biến trung gian toàn phần trong các mối quan
hệ trên.
