Nguồn vốn con người và tăng trưởng kinh tế cấp độ tỉnh-thành phố tại Việt Nam

Bài viết này phân tích vai trò của nguồn vốn con người đối với tăng trưởng kinh tế tại Việt Nam, với cấp độ nghiên cứu là các tỉnh/thành phố trong giai đoạn từ năm 2000 đến năm 2016. Chúng tôi tìm thấy giáo dục cơ bản đang là yếu tố chiếm ưu thế trong tăng trưởng kinh tế trong khi vai trò của đào tạo cao cấp vẫn chưa rõ nét. Hơn nữa, kết quả cũng cho thấy chi tiêu cho giáo dục chưa hiệu quả để kích thích tăng trưởng kinh tế. Vì thế, Việt Nam cần xây dựng chiến lược phát triển nhân lực trình độ cao cũng như tăng hiệu quả đầu tư cho giáo dục trong những năm tới.
