Khi làm việc nhóm ảo ngày càng trở nên phổ biến, việc thiếu sự tương tác trực tiếp tạo ra không ít thách thức về giao tiếp và phối hợp giữa các thành viên. Trong bối cảnh này, lãnh đạo phi chính thức trở thành yếu tố quan trọng trong việc xây dựng lòng tin, thúc đẩy sự gắn kết và giúp nhóm vượt qua các khó khăn. Nghiên cứu này không chỉ khám phá các năng lực cốt lõi của lãnh đạo phi chính thức trong môi trường trực tuyến, mà còn phân tích tác động của họ đến hiệu suất nhóm. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu đưa ra những giải pháp thiết thực giúp doanh nghiệp xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, đào tạo và phát triển kỹ năng cho các nhà lãnh đạo phi chính thức, từ đó nâng cao hiệu quả công việc và gắn kết nhóm. Những phát hiện này tạo nền tảng cho các nghiên cứu tiếp theo trong lĩnh vực hành vi tổ chức của nhóm ảo.
