Nhận thức về hành vi tẩy xanh trong ngành mỹ phẩm: Vai trò điều tiết của tính xác thực xanh và tính minh bạch xanh

Áp dụng phương pháp định lượng, nghiên cứu đã tiến hành triển khai phân tích dữ liệu từ 692 khách hàng của các doanh nghiệp mỹ phẩm xanh thông qua nền tảng khảo sát trực tuyến và trực tiếp. Dữ liệu thu thập được tiến hành xử lý thông qua các bước kiểm định độ tin cậy, phân tích mô hình đo lường, mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính SEM bậc hai, và phân tích biến điều tiết trên phần mềm Smart PLS 4.0. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: (01) Nhận thức của khách hàng về tẩy xanh có tác động tiêu cực đến lòng tin xanh, từ đó làm giảm ý định mua xanh của khách hàng; (02) Lòng tin xanh đóng vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa nhận thức về tẩy xanh và ý định mua xanh; (03) Tính xác thực xanh và tính minh bạch xanh là yếu tố điều tiết quan trọng, giúp giảm thiểu đáng kể ảnh hưởng tiêu cực của nhận thức về tẩy xanh đến lòng tin xanh và tăng cường mối quan hệ tích cực giữa lòng tin xanh và ý định mua xanh. Dựa trên kết quả này, các khuyến nghị và đề xuất chính sách được đưa ra cho các cơ quan quản lý, các doanh nghiệp mỹ phẩm xanh và khách hàng.
