Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu phân tích tác động của tích hợp chuỗi cung ứng trực tiếp đến hiệu suất logistics và gián tiếp thông qua năng lực quản lý logistics, gồm năng lực quản lý nhu cầu, năng lực quản lý vận hành và năng lực quản lý nguồn lực; cũng như sự điều tiết của môi trường logistics doanh nghiệp đến mối quan hệ này. Sử dụng phương pháp bình phương tối thiểu từng phần kiểm định mẫu nghiên cứu gồm 392 doanh nghiệp dịch vụ logistics (Logistics Service Providers ‒ LSP) ở Đông Nam bộ Việt Nam cho thấy tích hợp chuỗi cung ứng gồm ba thành tố tích hợp nội bộ, tích hợp khách hàng và tích hợp các đối tác ngành logistics ảnh hưởng tích cực đến hiệu suất logistics của doanh nghiệp, mức độ tác động này sẽ gia tăng khi kết hợp với năng lực quản lý logistics. LSP có môi trường logistics càng phức tạp thì càng có xu hướng tích hợp chuỗi cung ứng, từ đó cải thiện năng lực quản lý logistics và nâng cao hiệu suất logistics của doanh nghiệp. Qua đó, nghiên cứu đưa ra một số hàm ý quản trị nâng cao hiệu suất logistics của LSP từ góc độ tích hợp chuỗi cung ứng.
