Ứng dụng trò chơi hoá trong giáo dục: Cách thức nâng cao động lực nội tại và hiệu quả học tập trong học tập kết hợp

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm phân tích ảnh hưởng của phương pháp học tập kết hợp đối với động lực nội tại và kết quả học tập của sinh viên, thông qua ba nhu cầu tâm lý cơ bản ‒ năng lực, tự chủ, và sự gắn kết dựa trên lý thuyết tự quyết. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu cũng kiểm tra vai trò điều tiết của trò chơi hoá trong việc tăng cường các mối quan hệ này. Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng thông qua khảo sát 362 sinh viên đại học. Nghiên cứu cung cấp bằng chứng thực nghiệm về tác động của học tập kết hợp đến động lực và hiệu quả học tập của sinh viên, cũng như vai trò điều tiết của trò chơi hoá trong mối quan hệ này. Những phát hiện này đem lại hàm ý quan trọng trong giáo dục đại học, cho thấy vai trò của việc thiết kế chương trình học tập kết hợp hiệu quả và ứng dụng trò chơi hoá một cách chiến lược để tăng cường sự tham gia và nâng cao kết quả học tập của sinh viên.
