Tương tác trực tuyến và ý định mua hàng: Tầm quan trọng của người ảnh hưởng

Cuộc cách mạng số hóa và sự phổ biến của các nền tảng mạng xã hội đã làm nổi bật vai trò của người ảnh hưởng trong định hình hành vi tiêu dùng, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh mua sắm trực tuyến. Nghiên cứu này khám phá tác động của cảm nhận về chuyên môn và sự đáng tin của người ảnh hưởng đối với thái độ và ý định mua hàng của người tiêu dùng, đồng thời kiểm tra vai trò điều tiết của tương tác trong các mối quan hệ này. Với cỡ mẫu 226 người là cư dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh sử dụng mạng xã hội, nghiên cứu được thực hiện thông qua phương pháp chọn mẫu thuận tiện và phân tích bằng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc dựa trên bình phương bé nhất từng phần (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling ‒ PLS-SEM). Kết quả cho thấy cảm nhận chuyên môn của người ảnh hưởng có tác động đáng kể đến sự đáng tin và thái độ. Đặc biệt, tương tác giữa người ảnh hưởng và người tiêu dùng điều tiết mạnh mẽ mối quan hệ giữa chuyên môn và sự đáng tin cũng như thái độ. Nghiên cứu không chỉ góp phần làm phong phú các lý thuyết về ý định hành vi truyền thống mà còn cung cấp hàm ý thực tiễn cho các doanh nghiệp trong việc lựa chọn và hợp tác với người ảnh hưởng.
