Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu nhằm xây dựng và kiểm định mô hình nghiên cứu về mối quan hệ giữa sự trải nghiệm đắm chìm của khách hàng và ý định hành vi đối với ứng dụng công cụ mua sắm có tích hợp công nghệ ảo tăng cường (gọi tắt là ứng dụng mua sắm AR). Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu cũng đã chỉ rằng thái độ của khách hàng sử dụng ứng dụng mua sắm AR được xem là biến trung gian giữa sự trải nghiệm đắm chìm và ý định hành vi sử dụng ứng dụng mua sắm AR. Ngoài ra, mối quan tâm về quyền riêng tư đóng vai trò điều tiết mối quan hệ giữa sự trải nghiệm đắm chìm của khách hàng và ý định hành vi sử dụng ứng dụng mua sắm AR. Phương pháp mô hình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM) đã được áp dụng để phân tích 332 mẫu khảo sát kiểm định giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy các giả thuyết phù hợp với kết quả khảo sát của nghiên cứu. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đã góp phần đóng góp về mặt học thuật và thực tế cho các doanh nghiệp trong việc ứng dụng mua sắm AR để cung cấp thông tin và tạo ra giá trị trải nghiệm tăng thêm cho khách hàng.
