Nghiên cứu này xem xét ảnh hưởng của trách nhiệm xã hội (TNXH) và quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh (QTNLX) đối với hiệu suất kinh doanh bền vững (HSKDBV) của các doanh nghiệp sản xuất thực phẩm tại Việt Nam. Bên cạnh đó, vai trò trung gian của đổi mới xanh (ĐMX) và hoạt động quản lý chuỗi cung ứng xanh (QCX) được nhấn mạnh trong mối quan hệ này. Mô hình được phát triển dựa trên sự bổ sung cho các nghiên cứu trước nhằm đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị giúp các doanh nghiệp đạt hiệu suất kinh doanh bền vững. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu gồm 429 mẫu được thu từ các quản lý cấp trung và cấp cao của các doanh nghiệp sản xuất thực phẩm tại Việt Nam. Từ đó, một số hàm ý quản trị đã được đề xuất nhằm giúp các nhà quản lý có cái nhìn rõ nét hơn về ảnh hưởng của TNXH và QTNLX đến HSKDBV thông qua vai trò trung gian của ĐMX và QCX; nhằm giúp cho các doanh nghiệp có thêm những định hướng rõ ràng hơn trong chiến lược nâng cao HSKDBV.
