Tóm tắt

Bài báo là một nghiên cứu thực nghiệm về mối quan hệ giữa khả năng hấp thu và sự gắn kết của sinh viên ở trường đại học mà họ theo học. Bằng việc sử dụng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính để xử lý mô hình lý thuyết với ba biến tiềm ẩn và bốn giả thuyết cho mối quan hệ giữa các biến, kết quả tìm thấy có ba giả thuyết được chấp nhận ở mức ý nghĩa nhỏ hơn 1% và một giả thuyết được chấp nhận ở mức ý nghĩa 5% với dữ liệu thu thập chính thức từ 1.263 sinh viên của 5 trường đại học đào tạo về kinh tế, kinh doanh tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh và Hà Nội. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu phát hiện tính bền bỉ vừa là tiền tố của khả năng hấp thu, vừa đóng vai trò điều tiết hỗn hợp làm gia tăng mối quan hệ giữa khả năng hấp thu với sự gắn kết của sinh viên. Kết quả này có thể đóng góp vào lý thuyết nghiên cứu về sự gắn kết của sinh viên, tính bền bỉ và khả năng hấp thu
