Tóm tắt

Mục đích của nghiên cứu nhằm khám phá mối quan hệ giữa các nhân tố: Lãnh đạo chuyển dạng, niềm tin cảm xúc, động lực nội tại, và sự sáng tạo. Nghiên cứu thực hiện tại các trường đại học công lập tự chủ tài chính tại Việt Nam bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu kết hợp định tính và định lượng. Dữ liệu được thu thập thông qua bảng câu hỏi khảo sát. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng lãnh đạo chuyển dạng và niềm tin cảm xúc có mối quan hệ dương với động lực nội tại và sự sáng tạo, lãnh đạo chuyển dạng có mối quan hệ dương với niềm tin cảm xúc, động lực nội tại có mối quan hệ dương với sự sáng tạo, động lực nội tại là biến trung gian ảnh hưởng đến sự tác động của lãnh đạo chuyển dạng và  niềm tin cảm xúc lên sự sáng tạo, niềm tin cảm xúc là biến trung gian ảnh hưởng đến sự tác động của lãnh đạo chuyển dạng lên sự sáng tạo. Kết quả nghiên cứu giúp các nhà quản trị chú trọng vào vai trò tiền tố của lãnh đạo chuyển dạng – là nguồn gốc hình thành niềm tin cảm xúc, động lực nội tại, sự sáng tạo để nâng cao tính sáng tạo từ đó cải thiện chất lượng giáo dục đại học. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu kỳ vọng lấp một khoảng trống quan trọng trong lý thuyết vốn nhân lực với nét đặc trưng của lĩnh vực giáo dục đại học công lập tự chủ tài chính tại Việt Nam.
