Tóm tắt

Hành vi công dân tổ chức của giảng viên là những hành vi tự nguyện vượt ra ngoài yêu cầu của nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm trong công việc được phân công, đây chính là yếu tố then chốt thúc đẩy giảng viên hoàn thiện vai trò là nhà giáo, nhà khoa học và nhà cung ứng dịch vụ giáo dục cho cộng đồng. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là nhằm kiểm định tác động tích cực của phong cách lãnh đạo chuyển dạng, cam kết về khía cạnh cảm xúc và sự vượt qua cái tôi đến hành vi công dân tổ chức của giảng viên. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập từ 333 giảng viên đang công tác tại một số trường đại học của Việt Nam. Mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model) được sử dụng để kiểm định sự phù hợp của mô hình nghiên cứu và các giả thuyết. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy phong cách lãnh đạo chuyển dạng có ảnh hưởng tích cực mạnh mẽ đến hành vi công dân tổ chức thông qua việc thúc đẩy cam kết về khía cạnh cảm xúc và nuôi dưỡng giá trị vượt qua cái tôi. Nghiên cứu có những đóng góp quan trọng về mặt học thuật và hàm ý quản trị cho các nhà lãnh đạo và quản lý giáo dục.
