Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá vai trò trung gian sự hài lòng của lãnh đạo cấp cao trong mối quan hệ giữa phần mềm kế toán đám mây và hiệu quả kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa tại Việt Nam. Căn cứ vào mô hình sự thành công hệ thống thông tin của DeLone và McLean (2016) và lý thuyết dựa trên nguồn lực, nhóm tác giả đưa ra giả thuyết rằng phần mềm kế toán đám mây có tác động trực tiếp và gián tiếp (thông qua sự hài lòng của lãnh đạo cấp cao) trong việc nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa tại Việt Nam. Thực hiện kiểm định hồi quy với mẫu 132 doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa tại Việt Nam, với địa bàn các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa hoạt động ở TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai; kết quả cho thấy sự hài lòng của lãnh đạo cấp cao thực sự có vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa phần mềm kế toán đám mây và hiệu quả kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa tại Việt Nam. Do đó, các doanh nghiệp cung cấp phần mềm kế toán đám mây cần chú ý đến điều này khi triển khai sử dụng phần mềm kế toán đám mây tại các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa nhằm giúp họ đạt được hiệu quả kinh doanh cao nhất khi sử dụng phần mềm.
