Môi trường đa dạng và sự sáng tạo của nhân viên: Vai trò của kỹ năng sáng tạo và định hướng học tập

Môi trường làm việc ảnh hưởng đến sự sáng tạo của nhân viên đã được các nhà nghiên cứu trước đây nhấn mạnh. Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu về tác động của môi trường đa dạng đến sự sáng tạo của nhân viên còn hạn chế. Nghiên cứu này vận dụng lý thuyết trao đổi xã hội và mô hình khả năng - sự sẵn sàng - cơ hội để kiểm tra tác động của môi trường đa dạng đến sự sáng tạo của nhân viên, kiểm định vai trò của các cơ chế trung gian kỹ năng sáng tạo cũng như vai trò của các yếu tố điều tiết định hướng học tập tác động lên mối quan hệ này. Phân tích mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) được sử dụng để kiểm định các giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy kỹ năng sáng tạo là trung gian liên kết môi trường đa dạng và sự sáng tạo của nhân viên. Hơn nữa, định hướng học tập điều tiết mối quan hệ này. Từ đó, nghiên cứu này có các đóng góp mới về mặt lý thuyết cũng như đưa ra các hàm ý quản trị nhằm nâng cao sự sáng tạo của nhân viên.
