Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là xem xét tác động của quá tải tính năng hệ thống, quá tải thông tin, quá tải giao tiếp đến xung đột vai trò, từ đó ảnh hưởng đến hành vi tích hợp chuyển đổi số của nhân viên. Dựa trên dữ liệu thu thập từ mẫu gồm 322 nhân viên văn phòng thuộc các doanh nghiệp đang thực hiện chuyển đổi số, nghiên cứu đã sử dụng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần để kiểm định các giả thuyết. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy quá tải tính năng hệ thống, quá tải thông tin và quá tải giao tiếp làm gia tăng xung đột vai trò. Thêm nữa, xung đột vai trò còn tác động ngược chiều đến hành vi tích hợp chuyển đổi số của nhân viên. Để nâng cao khả năng tích hợp chuyển đổi số của nhân viên, các doanh nghiệp nên xem xét khối lượng công việc thực tế và đầu tư một cách phù hợp vào các hoạt động chuyển đổi số.
