The research aims to investigate the influence of digital capabilities and digital leadership on the innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. To answer the research question of how digital capabilities and digital leadership affect the innovation capabilities of SMEs in Vietnam, the study applied a quantitative research method using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze 271 survey responses. The research results indicate that both digital capabilities and digital leadership have a positive impact on the innovation capabilities of SMEs. Based on these research findings, the author proposes recommendations for SMEs to develop digital capabilities, and digital leadership, and ultimately enhance their innovation capabilities.
