Trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp: Vai trò điều tiết hoạt động kiểm soát nội bộ ở các doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam

Dựa trên lý thuyết hợp pháp và lý thuyết cơ sở nguồn lực doanh nghiệp, nghiên cứu này xây dựng và kiểm định một mô hình trung gian – điều tiết về quá trình hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ tác động đến kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh trong bối cảnh trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp ngày càng được quan tâm bởi các doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam. Kết quả kiểm định từ dữ liệu khảo sát 169 doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam cho thấy cấu trúc kiểm soát nội bộ tác động đến kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh thông qua việc tăng cường sự hữu hiệu của kiểm soát nội bộ. Kết quả nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp đóng vai trò điều tiết cho mối quan hệ giữa cấu trúc kiểm soát nội bộ và sự hữu hiệu của kiểm soát nội bộ. Nghiên cứu này đem lại một số hàm ý lý thuyết và hàm ý quản lý cho các nhà quản trị doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam để tổ chức hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ hữu hiệu và xây dựng cơ chế trách nhiệm xã hội nhằm nâng cao lợi thế cạnh tranh.
