Lan toả công nghệ từ FDI và các nhân tố quyết định: Trường hợp các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu kiểm định hiệu ứng lan toả công nghệ từ đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài (FDI) và các nhân tố quyết định đến lan toả tại VN. Vận dụng khung phân tích dạng hàm sản xuất Cobb-Douglas và phương pháp ước lượng dữ liệu bảng cho các doanh nghiệp giai đoạn 2011– 2013, kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tồn tại hiệu ứng lan toả công nghệ từ FDI đến các doanh nghiệp chế biến chế tạo trong nước. Tuy nhiên, tác động lan toả không diễn ra đồng nhất mà phụ thuộc vào đặc trưng của doanh nghiệp trong nước như mức độ vốn hóa, quy mô sản xuất, khoảng cách công nghệ và vị trí địa lí.
