Vai trò của kinh nghiệm đối với ý định tiếp tục học trực tuyến của sinh viên và sự điều tiết của cảm nhận sự thú vị

Sự kết hợp giữa giáo dục và các công nghệ hỗ trợ theo thời gian thật cho phép người học có thể theo đuổi việc học bất kể giới hạn về địa lí. Tuy nhiên, những trở ngại về nguồn lực, khả năng tiếp cận và hệ thống công nghệ dẫn đến người học trực tuyến không còn quan tâm đến việc tiếp tục học. Bài báo chỉ ra ý định tiếp tục học chịu tác động từ kinh nghiệm, tự tin năng lực bản thân và cảm nhận thú vị của sinh viên đối với học trực tuyến. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 510 người học từng tham dự vào các lớp học trực tuyến theo bảng câu hỏi trên Google Forms. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy kinh nghiệm tác động mạnh nhất đến nhận thức hữu ích của quá trình học trực tuyến đối với sinh viên, từ đó làm tăng thái độ và ý định tiếp tục học trực tuyến của họ. Khác với những nghiên cứu trước đó, kinh nghiệm có tác động đến tự tin năng lực bản thân. Không chỉ thế, việc nâng cao cảm nhận thú vị có vai trò điều tiết khiến các mối quan hệ này trở nên tích cực hơn. Các kết quả này có ý nghĩa hỗ trợ cho các nhà quản trị giáo dục trong hoạch định và triển khai các chương trình học trực tuyến đáp ứng thời kỳ toàn cầu hóa
