Mức giá sẵn lòng trả cho gói dịch vụ vật lý trị liệu dành cho mẹ và bé

Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định mức giá sẵn lòng trả và các yếu tố tác động đến mức giá sẵn lòng trả cho gói dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe bằng phương pháp vật lý trị liệu (VLTL) dành cho mẹ và bé. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập từ một cuộc khảo sát 240 người nữ từ 18–49 tuổi. Phương pháp định giá ngẫu nhiên được áp dụng để xác định mức giá sẵn lòng trả và mô hình hồi quy Probit được sử dụng phân tích hướng tác động và tác động cận biên của các yếu tố tác động đến quyết định sử dụng dịch vụ. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy mức giá sẵn lòng trả cho gói dịch vụ VLTL dao động trong khoảng 298.500 đồng đến 550.000 đồng. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến mức giá sẵn lòng trả bao gồm: Mức giá, số lần mang thai, thu nhập, hiểu biết về phương pháp VLTL, và nhận thức về mức độ cần thiết VLTL cho bé. Kết quả nghiên cứu này cung cấp cơ sở xây dựng gói dịch vụ phù hợp đối với ngân sách của người bệnh. Đồng thời, phương pháp sử dụng trong bài này có thể áp dụng với các dịch vụ khác trong các bệnh viện ở Việt Nam, nhằm phát triển chiến lược giá tối ưu trong bối cảnh công nghệ điều trị và chăm sóc sức khỏe ngày càng đa dạng
