Mối quan hệ giữa thái độ bảo vệ môi trường, chủ nghĩa tối giản và hạnh phúc của người tiêu dùng: Vai trò điều tiết của hiệu quả cảm nhận và sự cởi mở để thay đổi

Nghiên cứu này đánh giá tác động giữa thái độ bảo vệ môi trường (Environmental Protection ‒ EP) lên hạnh phúc khách hàng (Customer Happiness ‒ CH) (hạnh phúc tài chính, hạnh phúc chủ quan) thông qua chủ nghĩa tối giản (Consumer Minimalism ‒ CM). Ngoài ra, chúng tôi cũng nghiên cứu vai trò điều tiết của hiệu quả cảm nhận (Perceived Consumer Effectiveness ‒ PCE) và sự cởi mở để thay đổi (Openness To Change ‒ OTC) trong mối quan hệ giữa thái độ bảo vệ môi trường và chủ nghĩa tối giản. Dữ liệu từ 344 người tiêu dùng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh được sử dụng để kiểm định mô hình nghiên cứu đề xuất. Mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling ‒ PLS-SEM) được sử dụng để phân tích dữ liệu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy thái độ bảo vệ môi trường tác động tích cực đến chủ nghĩa tối giản, từ đó tác động đến hạnh phúc của người tiêu dùng bao gồm cả hạnh phúc tài chính và hạnh phúc chủ quan. Hơn nữa, hiệu quả cảm nhận và sự cởi mở để thay đổi điều tiết mối quan hệ giữa thái độ bảo vệ môi trường và chủ nghĩa tối giản. Cuối cùng, những phát hiện này cung cấp các hàm ý lý thuyết và thực tiễn quan trọng
