Abstract

This study aims to investigate how enterprises achieve efficiency in their use of online public services under the influence of information technology (IT) development, adaptability, ability to overcome barriers, and motivation to apply IT innovations. Drawing on the results of 12 in-depth interviews, the study constructs and adjusts the survey questions to explore the practical context of the implementation of IT solutions among Vietnamese enterprises. In addition, the partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) is utilized to check correlations in the conceptual model with the primary data of 274 valid questionnaire forms retrieved from representatives of enterprises in Binh Duong Province. The research findings verify the IT application and adaptability of enterprises which have essential and direct impacts on the efficiency of online public services.
