Vai trò của vốn xã hội đối với hành vi tìm việc

Mục tiêu của bài viết là xây dựng mô hình lý thuyết hai giai đoạn phân tích tác động của lượng vốn xã hội lên hành vi tìm kiếm việc làm của người tìm việc. Mô hình cung cấp cơ sở lý thuyết giải thích cơ chế tác động của lượng vốn xã hội làm gia tăng mức lương ngưỡng yêu cầu của người tìm việc thông qua ba hiệu ứng: giảm chi phí tìm kiếm, tăng cơ hội việc làm, và giảm khả năng bị sa thải của người tìm việc. Ngoài ra, mô hình cũng cung cấp cơ sở lý thuyết giải thích tác động của lượng vốn xã hội lên mức độ nỗ lực tìm việc. Người tìm việc có lượng vốn xã hội cao được kỳ vọng thực hiện nhiều hành vi tìm việc hơn, do đó họ nhanh chóng tìm được việc hơn so với người ít vốn xã hội.
