Tư duy nghịch lý và áp lực học tập thúc đẩy sự sáng tạo và kết quả công việc của nhân viên: Nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ ngân hàng tại Việt Nam

Sử dụng lý thuyết nghịch lý, nghiên cứu kiểm tra tác động của áp lực học tập, tư duy nghịch lý và sự tương tác của chúng lên sự sáng tạo của nhân viên, cuối cùng là thúc đẩy người nhân viên hoàn thành công việc được giao. Kết quả phân tích dựa trên khảo sát từ 430 nhân viên làm việc trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng cho thấy sự sáng tạo của nhân viên đóng vai trò là biến trung gian giữa áp lực học tập và kết quả công việc của nhân viên. Đồng thời, sự sáng tạo cũng đóng vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa tư duy nghịch lý và kết quả công việc của nhân viên. Tuy nhiên, sự tương tác giữa áp lực học tập và tư duy nghịch lý lên sự sáng tạo của nhân viên không có ý nghĩa thống kê. Kết quả này đã đóng góp cho lý thuyết về sự sáng tạo của nhân viên bằng cách tìm ra hai nhân tố tác động, đó là áp lực học tập và tư duy nghịch lý. Kết quả này cũng cung cấp bằng chứng thực nghiệm về giá trị dự báo của lý thuyết nghịch lý trong giải thích sự sáng tạo của nhân viên tại các thị trường mới nổi như Việt Nam.
