Hiệu ứng lan tỏa hành vi thân thiện với môi trường từ bối cảnh ở nhà sang bối cảnh kỳ nghỉ: Nghiên cứu định tính với du khách nội địa Việt Nam

Hành vi thân thiện với môi trường ngày càng được xem là một yếu tố trọng tâm trong tiêu dùng bền vững. Tuy nhiên, tính lan tỏa của hành vi này giữa các bối cảnh tiêu dùng khác nhau chưa được lý giải rõ về mặt cơ chế. Kết quả phân tích định tính từ các cuộc phỏng vấn với du khách nội địa tại Việt Nam cho thấy ba cơ chế lan tỏa hành vi thân thiện với môi trường giữa các bối cảnh khác nhau. Thứ nhất, hành vi được lan tỏa từ bối cảnh ở nhà sang không gian riêng tư của kỳ nghỉ thông qua cơ chế tự động được kích hoạt bởi thói quen. Thứ hai, hành vi được lan tỏa theo cơ chế có ý thức thông qua nhận thức tương đồng bối cảnh và cách diễn giải bối cảnh trong không gian riêng tư và công cộng ở kỳ nghỉ. Cơ chế lan tỏa thứ ba chịu ảnh hưởng của mức độ nội tại hóa giá trị môi trường khi có sự cạnh tranh bởi động cơ hưởng thụ và cấp phép đạo đức. Nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất một khung lý thuyết tích hợp ba cơ chế lan tỏa trên cho các nghiên cứu trong tương lai, đồng thời cung cấp hàm ý thực tiễn cho các doanh nghiệp kinh doanh du lịch bền vững.
