Công nghệ số và năng suất lao động của doanh nghiệp Việt Nam: Mô hình đánh giá và kết quả

Mục tiêu của bài viết là làm rõ tác động của việc ứng dụng công nghệ số đến năng suất lao động bằng phương pháp định lượng và dữ liệu đáng tin cậy về doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Dữ liệu được thu thập qua hai năm khảo sát 2018 và 2020 để thấy được sự thay đổi mức độ ứng dụng công nghệ số và tác động qua thời gian. Kết quả ước lượng cho thấy, ứng dụng công nghệ số thể hiện qua năm nhóm về sử dụng phần mềm và hệ thống thông tin chuyên sâu, tổ chức ứng dụng công nghệ số, kỹ năng công nghệ số của nhân viên, ứng dụng công nghệ số tiên tiến, bảo mật thông tin công nghệ số; và có tác động tích cực đến năng suất lao động của doanh nghiệp. Nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy mức độ tác động của ứng dụng công nghệ số tới năng suất lao động của doanh nghiệp Việt Nam được nâng lên qua thời gian từ năm 2018 tới năm 2020. Điều này chứng tỏ, doanh nghiệp Việt Nam đã biết khai thác tận dụng tốt hơn công nghệ số phục vụ mục đích kinh doanh.
