Ý định mua sắm xanh của người tiêu dùng Việt Nam: Vai trò của sự hoài nghi về quảng cáo xanh và sự quan tâm đối với phúc lợi động vật

Nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình SOR để tìm hiểu tác động của mối quan tâm đối với phúc lợi động vật và sự hoài nghi đối với quảng cáo xanh với ý định mua sắm xanh của người tiêu dùng Việt Nam. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 386 người tiêu dùng có ý định mua sắm xanh tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương tối thiểu từng phần (PLS-SEM) và phần mềm Smart PLS phiên bản 3.0 để phân tích dữ liệu. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã làm sáng tỏ tác động của sự quan tâm đối với phúc lợi của động vật và sự hoài nghi đối với quảng cáo xanh đến ý định mua sắm xanh. Nghiên cứu có ý nghĩa quan trọng cho việc phát triển chiến lược tiếp thị sáng tạo hướng đến khách hàng mục tiêu, đặc biệt là đối với thị trường sản phẩm chăm sóc sắc đẹp xanh tại Việt Nam.
