Tác động của nhận thức trách nhiệm xã hội điểm đến du lịch đến hành vi xã hội của người lao động trong lĩnh vực khách sạn tại Việt Nam

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tác động của nhận thức trách nhiệm xã hội điểm đến du lịch đến hành vi xã hội của người lao động trong lĩnh vực khách sạn tại Việt Nam. Trên cơ sở lý thuyết nhận diện xã hội, khảo sát người lao động trong ngành khách sạn 4‒5 sao tại Việt Nam và sử dụng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính, kết quả cho thấy nhận thức trách nhiệm xã hội điểm đến có tác động tích cực đến sự nhận diện của người lao động với điểm đến, từ đó ảnh hưởng tích cực đến hành vi xã hội của người lao động. Nhận thức về trách nhiệm xã hội điểm đến cũng có tác động tích cực đến sự nhận diện với tổ chức, sự nhận diện với tổ chức tác động tích cực đến sự nhận diện với điểm đến và từ đó ảnh hưởng đến hành vi xã hội. Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu không cho thấy được mối liên hệ trực tiếp có ý nghĩa từ nhận diện với tổ chức đến hành vi xã hội. Trên cơ sở kết quả nghiên cứu, một số hàm ý quản trị nhằm gia tăng hành vi xã hội của người lao động trong ngành khách sạn đã được đề xuất.
