Hành vi sử dụng hệ thống hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp: Nghiên cứu thực nghiệm tại Việt Nam

Trong bối cảnh hệ thống hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp ngày càng được ứng dụng rộng rãi thì việc tìm hiểu hành vi sử dụng hệ thống này càng trở nên cấp thiết. Mục đích của nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá các yếu tố tác động đến hành vi sử dụng hệ thống hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp trong bối cảnh Việt Nam dựa trên nền tảng mô hình hệ thống thông tin thành công của DeLone và McLean và mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ. Tác giả tiến hành thu thập dữ liệu từ 281 cá nhân đang làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp có sử dụng hệ thống hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp, với kĩ thuật phân tích dữ liệu PLS-SEM. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: (1) Hành vi sử dụng hệ thống hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp bị chi phối bởi nhận thức hữu dụng; (2) Nhận thức dễ sử dụng của hệ thống hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp bị tác động bởi chất lượng của hệ thống; và (3) Nhận thức dễ sử dụng, chất lượng của hệ thống hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp và chất lượng thông tin tạo ra từ hệ thống có tác động đến nhận thức hữu dụng.
