Ứng dụng mô hình giá trị, thái độ và hành vi trong nghiên cứu hành vi mua hàng xanh của người tiêu dùng ở Việt Nam

Người tiêu dùng ngày càng nhận thức được các hậu quả về môi trường và xã hội của việc mua hàng của họ. Dựa trên mô hình lý thuyết giá trị, thái độ và hành vi, bài báo thực hiện nghiên cứu về hành vi tiêu dùng xanh của người tiêu dùng ở Việt Nam. Bài báo sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng thông qua khảo sát 333 người tiêu dùng. Kết quả cho thấy, thái độ đối với các vấn đề môi trường, thái độ đối với các lợi ích sinh thái - xã hội, và thông tin sản phẩm xanh có tác động tích cực đến hành vi tiêu dùng xanh. Kết quả cũng cho thấy mối quan hệ giữa ý thức môi trường, thái độ đối với quảng cáo xanh, thái độ đối với các vấn đề môi trường, và thái độ đối với các lợi ích sinh thái - xã hội. Những phát hiện của nghiên cứu này cung cấp những hiểu biết có giá trị về tác động của các yếu tố đối với hành vi mua hàng xanh.
