Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm phân tích tác động của các đặc điểm của quảng cáo trực tuyến trên nền tảng YouTube lên sự bị xâm nhập của người xem thông qua hành động bấm bỏ qua hay xem tiếp. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng phối hợp nguồn dữ liệu thứ cấp từ tổng quan các nghiên cứu và nguồn dữ liệu sơ cấp thông qua khảo sát. Mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính SEM được áp dụng dựa trên mẫu gồm 434 quan sát được chọn theo kỹ thuật mẫu ngẫu nhiên phân tầng. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng tính thông tin cung cấp và độ dài quảng cáo có mức độ ảnh hưởng thấp hoặc thậm chí là không ảnh hưởng đến sự bị xâm nhập của người xem, trong khi đó, các yếu tố như: Loại hình quảng cáo, sử dụng người nổi tiếng và tính liên quan của quảng cáo đều có ảnh hưởng cao đến người xem. Nghiên cứu này cũng cung cấp một số hàm ý quản trị thực tiễn nhằm giúp các doanh nghiệp nâng cao chất lượng quảng cáo thông qua các yếu tố chủ yếu là loại hình quảng cáo, sử dụng người nổi tiếng và tính liên quan để tăng sự hiệu quả của video quảng cáo YouTube. Ngoài ra, doanh nghiệp cần có sự nhận thức rõ ràng về tầm quan trọng của sự bị xâm nhập mà video quảng cáo trên YouTube ảnh hưởng đến hành động tiếp theo của người xem.
