Quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh và hiệu quả xanh của doanh nghiệp: Bằng chứng thực nghiệm từ các doanh nghiệp sản xuất tại Thành phố Cần Thơ

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm phân tích tác động của quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh đến hiệu quả xanh với số liệu sơ cấp được thu thập từ 172 người lao động làm việc ở các doanh nghiệp sản xuất tại thành phố Cần Thơ. Phương pháp phân tích số liệu chính bao gồm phương pháp phân tích nhân tố EFA và phương pháp hồi quy đa biến. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy các nhân tố cấu thành quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh bao gồm tuyển dụng xanh, đào tạo và sự tham gia xanh, lựa chọn xanh, lãnh đạo xanh, quản lý và thẩm định hiệu suất xanh có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến hiệu quả xanh của doanh nghiệp sản xuất. Điều này cho thấy được lợi ích của việc thực hiện thực hành quản trị nguồn lực xanh tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất.
