Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định sử dụng thanh toán di động trong thời đại số hóa của người dân tại Việt Nam.

Trên nền tảng lý thuyết thống nhất và chấp nhận sử dụng công nghệ, mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ, lý thuyết hành vi có kế hoạch, nghiên cứu này khám phá mối quan hệ của các yếu tố bên ngoài ảnh hưởng đến yếu tố niềm tin và tác động sau cùng là ý định sử dụng thanh toán di động của người dân. Thêm vào đó, mối quan hệ này còn được xem xét dựa trên hai kiểu người dùng: Chấp nhận sớm và chấp nhận muộn. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện qua hai giai đoạn: Định tính và định lượng, và xem xét sự phù hợp bằng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính. Kết quả thu được từ 300 người dùng thanh toán di động đã khẳng định mối quan hệ tích cực giữa tính di động, khả năng tiếp cận, tính tương thích, sự thuận tiện, sự đổi mới cá nhân, kiến thức về thanh toán di động đến nhận thức dễ dàng sử dụng và nhận thức về sự hữu ích, tác động tích cực sau cùng là ý định sử dụng thanh toán di động của người dân, cũng như khẳng định mối quan hệ tích cực giữa nhận thức dễ dàng sử dụng và nhận thức về sự hữu ích.
