Nghiên cứu này xem xét mối quan hệ giữa chính sách hoàn hàng và sự hài lòng của khách hàng trong thương mại điện tử B2C, đồng thời xem xét vai trò trung gian của trải nghiệm mua sắm trực tuyến dựa trên lý thuyết trao đổi xã hội. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp định lượng bằng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc từng phần. Nghiên cứu đã đề xuất thang đo chính sách hoàn hàng phù hợp trong thương mại điện tử B2C và sau khi phân tích từ mẫu 420 khách hàng trực tuyến kết quả cho thấy chính sách hoàn hàng có tác động tích cực đến sự hài lòng của khách hàng trong thương mại điện tử B2C, và trải nghiệm mua sắm trực tuyến đóng vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ này. Một số hàm ý quản trị và khuyến nghị được tác giả đưa ra cho các nhà quản trị doanh nghiệp.
