Công bằng phân phối, sự gắn kết và ý định tiếp tục công việc của các nhân viên giao hàng công nghệ tại Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu này đã kế thừa lý thuyết trao đổi xã hội và công bằng tổ chức và đề xuất các giả thuyết về sự ảnh hưởng của công bằng phân phối đến ý định tiếp tục công việc thông qua vai trò của sự gắn kết với công việc của các nhân viên giao hàng công nghệ. Bằng kỹ thuật phân tích PLS-SEM trên một mẫu nghiên cứu gồm 192 nhân viên giao hàng công nghệ, kết quả cho thấy yếu tố công bằng phân phối ảnh hưởng tích cực tới sự gắn kết với công việc. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu chỉ ra công bằng phân phối không tác động trực tiếp nhưng gián tiếp, dự báo ý định tiếp tục công việc giao hàng công nghệ thông qua yếu tố gắn kết với công việc. Các phát hiện nghiên cứu này cung cấp thêm một số hiểu biết về các yếu tố thúc đẩy ý định tiếp tục công việc của các lao động trên các nền tảng trực tuyến.
