The study aims to explain the factors influencing users’ continuance intention toward banking chatbots (BCs). The research model is developed based on the extended Information System Success (ISS) theory. Data were collected from 527 BC users in Hanoi using a convenience sampling approach and analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that key ISS factors including information quality, system quality (i.e., interactivity, automation, and usefulness), and service quality (i.e., understandability, friendliness, and personalization) significantly influence perceived value (i.e., extrinsic and intrinsic value) in BCs. Moreover, these perceived values positively affect users' continuance intention toward BCs. This study offers academic and practical implications for enhancing perceived value and promoting users’ sustained engagement with banking chatbots.
