Abstract

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là tìm hiểu về ý định tiếp tục sử dụng ChatGPT cho mục đích học tập của sinh viên đại học tại Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu đã xây dựng một mô hình tích hợp giữa lý thuyết sự sẵn sàng công nghệ và mô hình xác nhận kỳ vọng và áp dụng phương pháp phân tích mô hình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất trên một mẫu nghiên cứu gồm 356 sinh viên đại học. Kết quả cho thấy sự lạc quan và sự đổi mới có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến nhận thức sự hữu ích và sự xác nhận kỳ vọng của sinh viên đại học. Sự xác nhận kỳ vọng có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến nhận thức sự hữu ích. Nhận thức sự hữu ích và sự xác nhận kỳ vọng có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến sự hài lòng của sinh viên, từ đó dẫn đến ý định tiếp tục sử dụng ChatGPT cho mục đích học tập. Nhận thức sự hữu ích cũng có tác động tích cực đến ý định tiếp tục sử dụng ChatGPT. Mặt khác, nghiên cứu cũng cung cấp bằng chứng về vai trò điều tiết của yếu tố tải trọng nhận thức đến mối quan hệ giữa nhận thức sự hữu ích và ý định tiếp tục sử dụng ChatGPT của sinh viên đại học.
