This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial resources, dynamic capabilities, and firm performance of start-up firms in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. This relationship is verified based on a sample of 204 start-up owners. The findings show that VRIN resources positively influence the willingness of support firms to cooperate, dynamic capabilities, and firm performance. The willingness of support firms to cooperate has a positive influence on dynamic capabilities, but has no significant direct impact on firm performance. Dynamic capabilities also have a positive influence on firm performance. Finally, the study proposes policy implications for start-up firms and suggests directions for further research.
