Lãnh đạo chuyên quyền và hạnh phúc chủ quan của nhân viên: Vai trò của sự lấy lòng và lòng tự trọng

Nghiên cứu này xem xét tác động của lãnh đạo chuyên quyền đến hạnh phúc chủ quan của nhân viên thông qua hành vi lấy lòng. Ngoài ra, nghiên cứu cũng xem xét liệu lòng tự trọng có làm giảm mối quan hệ tích cực giữa lãnh đạo chuyên quyền và hành vi lấy lòng hay không. Nghiên cứu đã thu thập dữ liệu từ 215 nhân viên làm việc trong lĩnh vực viễn thông tại Việt Nam và sử dụng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM) để kiểm tra các giả thuyết. Kết quả cho thấy tác động trung gian của hành vi lấy lòng trong mối quan hệ giữa lãnh đạo chuyên quyền và hạnh phúc chủ quan. Thêm vào đó, tác động của lãnh đạo chuyên quyền lên hành vi lấy lòng được tìm thấy là yếu hơn ở những nhân viên có mức độ tự trọng cao hơn. Nghiên cứu này đóng góp vào lý thuyết lãnh đạo, tâm lý học tổ chức và cung cấp những hàm ý thực tiễn cho việc quản lý và phát triển nguồn nhân sự trong các tổ chức
