Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của nhóm tác giả là khám phá quan hệ giữa hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao, khả năng dịch vụ và kết quả kinh doanh trong ngành ngân hàng tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Nhóm tác giả sử dụng dữ liệu khảo sát tại 386 chi nhánh, phòng giao dịch của 17 ngân hàng và áp dụng kỹ thuật phân tích PLS. Kết quả phát hiện hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao có tác động tích cực đến kết quả kinh doanh; trong đó, khả năng dịch vụ đóng vai trò trung gian. Từ đó, nhóm tác giả cung cấp cơ sở và hướng dẫn cho các nhà quản trị ngân hàng trong việc đưa ra quyết định đầu tư vào hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao và nâng cao khả năng dịch vụ nhằm tối ưu hóa kết quả kinh doanh.
