Khai phá mối quan hệ trao đổi lãnh đạo - nhân viên đến sự chia sẻ kiến thức và sự mâu thuẫn quan hệ với đồng nghiệp

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm kiểm tra mối quan hệ đồng thời giữa ba yếu tố: Mối quan hệ trao đổi lãnh đạo - nhân viên, sự mâu thuẫn với đồng nghiệp và sự chia sẻ kiến thức ngụ ý thông qua cách tiếp cận từ lăng kính văn hóa phương Đông. Nghiên cứu dùng phương pháp định tính – phỏng vấn sâu để thăm dò, khám phá và khai thác sâu hơn về nhận thức của 10 nhân viên có kinh nghiệm, chuyên viên và các nhà quản lý cấp trung về chất lượng mối quan hệ của họ với cấp trên. Những phát hiện của nghiên cứu này đóng góp thêm về mặt lý thuyết và ứng dụng cho sự hiểu biết về mối quan hệ giữa các yếu tố mối quan hệ trao đổi lãnh đạo - nhân viên; sự mâu thuẫn cảm xúc cá nhân với đồng nghiệp; và sự chia sẻ kiến thức ngụ ý trong môi trường văn hóa Việt Nam – nơi mà khoảng cách giữa công việc và cuộc sống bị thu hẹp, nhân viên xem cấp trên như người thân, người anh em trong gia đình còn cấp trên thì luôn quan tâm, chăm sóc cấp dưới.
