Thể chế với năng suất của doanh nghiệp Việt Nam

Năng suất của doanh nghiệp chịu sự tác động của cả thể chế bên trong (sở hữu) và bên ngoài doanh nghiệp (chất lượng thể chế quản trị). Sử dụng dữ liệu bảng cân bằng thu được từ cuộc khảo sát doanh nghiệp và khảo sát năng lực cạnh tranh cấp tỉnh giai đoạn 2010–2014, nghiên cứu đo lường tác động của thể chế bên trong, thể chế bên ngoài và tương tác của thể chế bên trong và bên ngoài tới năng suất các yếu tố tổng hợp của doanh nghiệp. Thể chế doanh nghiệp nhà nước gắn với năng suất các yếu tố tổng hợp của doanh nghiệp thấp hơn khiến cho năng suất các yếu tố tổng hợp của doanh nghiệp nhà nước thấp hơn các doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước. Khi chất lượng thể chế bên ngoài được cải thiện sẽ giúp tăng năng suất các yếu tố tổng hợp của doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước lớn hơn các doanh nghiệp nhà nước. Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp thêm bằng chứng thực nghiệm thúc đẩy tái cấu trúc doanh nghiệp nhà nước và nâng cao chất lượng thể chế ở VN.
