Chiến lược xuất khẩu xanh của các doanh nghiệp thuỷ sản Việt Nam: Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng, lợi thế cạnh tranh, và hiệu suất tài chính

Chuyển dịch chiến lược theo hướng xanh là xu thế của nhiều doanh nghiệp (DN) nhằm đáp ứng tốt hơn những đòi hỏi từ qui định, luật lệ, tiêu chuẩn… về môi trường; từ cạnh tranh; và từ thị trường. Phân tích dữ liệu điều tra 238 doanh nghiệp chế biến thuỷ sản Việt Nam (DNCBTS) bằng phần mềm PLS SEM cho thấy sự nhạy cảm của các nhà quản lý về vấn đề môi trường, áp lực thị trường, áp lực từ qui định, tiêu chuẩn, và áp lực từ cạnh tranh ảnh hưởng đến việc theo đuổi chiến lược xuất khẩu xanh (CLXKX) của các DNCBTS; và việc theo đuổi chiến lược này tác động mạnh mẽ đến lợi thế cạnh tranh đạt được cũng như hiệu suất tài chính của các DN. Một số hàm ý, kiến nghị đối với các nhà hoạch định chính sách và các nhà quản lý các DNCBTS đã được đưa ra để thúc đẩy việc ứng dụng CLXKX của các DN này, hướng tới phát triển bền vững.
