Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đo lường ảnh hưởng của hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao đến kết quả kinh doanh của các ngân hàng. Dữ liệu khảo sát được thu thập từ 386 chi nhánh, phòng giao dịch thuộc 17 ngân hàng thương mại cổ phần trên địa bàn TP. Hồ Chí Minh và được xử lý bằng phần mềm Smart PLS 3.3.3. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy vai trò trung gian toàn phần của các thành phần thuộc mô hình AMO (khả năng dịch vụ, định hướng dịch vụ, môi trường dịch vụ) trong mối quan hệ giữa hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao và kết quả kinh doanh của các phòng giao dịch, chi nhánh trong ngành ngân hàng và vai trò điều tiết của môi trường năng động giữa hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao đến kết quả kinh doanh. Bên cạnh đó, ứng dụng để nâng cao kết quả kinh doanh ngân hàng, nâng cao hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao và khả năng dịch vụ cũng được thảo luận.
