Nhân tố ảnh hưởng nhận thức rủi ro của nông hộ sản xuất trái cây hàng hóa tại tỉnh Sơn La, Việt Nam

Tóm tắt

Sản xuất trái cây hàng hóa nói chung đối mặt với nhiều rủi ro khác nhau có thể ảnh hưởng tới kết quả sản xuất. Nhận diện đúng các nguồn rủi ro là điều kiện tiên quyết để đề xuất các giải pháp hiệu quả nhằm hạn chế ảnh hưởng tiêu cực của chúng. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra 14 nguồn rủi ro mà nông hộ sản xuất trái cây hàng hóa nhận thức trên địa bàn nghiên cứu. Trong số đó, chất lượng giống cây trồng, thời tiết bất thuận và sâu bệnh hại là những nguồn rủi ro được xem là có ảnh hưởng lớn nhất đến kết quả sản xuất của hộ. Kết quả nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra nhiều nhân tố ảnh hưởng tới nhận thức nguồn rủi ro, trong đó, tiếp cận thông tin khuyến nông và vốn tín dụng nông nghiệp có thể giảm bớt lo lắng và rủi ro của hộ trong sản xuất trái cây hàng hóa. Bên cạnh đó, kết quả nghiên cứu cũng gợi ý một số chính sách nhằm hỗ trợ nông dân giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng tiêu cực của rủi ro đến kết quả sản xuất của hộ trên địa bàn.
