Rủi ro từ Deepfakes và hành vi tự bảo vệ cá nhân

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là xem xét tác động của cảm nhận rủi ro về công nghệ hoán đổi khuôn mặt Deepfakes đến hành vi tự bảo vệ của người dùng mạng. Nghiên cứu xem xét 3 khía cạnh của rủi ro do Deepfakes mang lại gồm: (1) rủi ro do thao túng thông tin, (2) rủi ro riêng tư, và (3) rủi ro an ninh tác động đến hành vi tự bảo vệ của người tham gia các giao dịch trực tuyến. Lý thuyết hành động hợp lý được sử dụng để khám phá vai trò trung gian của thái độ với hành vi tự bảo vệ trong mối quan hệ trên. Nghiên cứu trên 289 người dùng Internet tại Việt Nam khẳng định nhận thức về rủi ro an ninh và rủi ro riêng tư do công nghệ Deepfakes có tác động trực tiếp và gián tiếp tới hành vi tự bảo vệ của người sử dụng qua biến trung gian thái độ; rủi ro thông tin sai lệch do Deepfakes có tác động tới hành vi nhưng không tác động tới thái độ tự bảo vệ. Những phát hiện này gợi ý một số giải pháp cho các nhà hoạch định chính sách, nhà phát triển công nghệ, và người dùng trong nâng cao nhận thức và thúc đẩy các biện pháp tự bảo vệ trong giao dịch trực tuyến.
