Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích khám phá mối liên hệ giữa trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp về môi trường (Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility – ECSR) đến hành vi xanh của nhân viên trong lĩnh vực khách sạn, đồng thời kiểm tra vai trò trung gian của yếu tố hạnh phúc nhân viên và nhận dạng tổ chức trong mối quan hệ trên. Là một trong số rất ít nghiên cứu sử dụng lý thuyết xử lý thông tin xã hội trong lĩnh vực khách sạn, và bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng, kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng, hành vi xanh của nhân viên chịu sự tác động tích cực đáng kể bởi trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp về môi trường, hạnh phúc nhân viên và nhận dạng tổ chức. Hạnh phúc nhân viên và nhận dạng tổ chức đóng vai trò trung gian một phần trong mối quan hệ giữa ECSR và hành vi xanh của nhân viên. Kết quả nghiên cứu củng cố vai trò quan trọng của hoạt động ECSR đối với hành vi xanh của nhân viên trong lĩnh vực khách sạn.
